Due to state alcohol laws, we cannot accept returned wine shipped to the following states: AZ, CO, CT, DC, FL, IL, MA, NJ, NY, and WI.
Direct State orders are returnable as long as products are not opened and in original packaging. Our restocking fee is $15. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Someone at least 21 years of age must be present at the time of delivery to sign for all packages shipped from this site. Delivery will be attempted 3 times. If no one is available after three attempts, the package will then be held at the carrier's location for 2-5 days. If no one claims the package, it will be returned and a fee will be charged to reship the order to the same address or a new address.
If you wish to cancel or change a recently placed order, we will do everything possible to honor your request. However, once your order has been submitted to our fulfillment facility and is being processed or already shipped out, it cannot be cancelled or revised.
Like most websites, our system automatically charges your credit card at the time of order. This includes orders for presale and backordered products. Please email us if you have any further questions regarding this process.
In order to legally deliver to you directly we collect local sales taxes.
In order to redeem a Promotion Code or Coupon, enter the code in the Offer Code box within the Shopping Cart and click Submit to recalculate your Total.
Only one promotion code can be used per order. Each code/coupon is one use per customer. Some brands or products may not be included, such as rare brands, signed bottles, and promotional items. Please e-mail us if you have questions.
All orders are subject to product availability. In the event that we have run out of an item on your order, we will contact you to arrange for a replacement. If the replacement options or the new delivery schedule is not acceptable, you may cancel the order for a complete refund.
