3-Tier Orders: Your package tracking numbers will not be activated until the local retailer calls UPS or FedEx. Please allow a few days for the retailer to receive the shipment from our fulfillment house and engage the local carrier- the tracking code will be updated when the local carrier is contacted. Final delivery to the consumer is dependent on that retailer. For more information, please view our shipping page. If your order isn’t 3-Tier, please e-mail us at email@example.com for an update.
At this time we are unable to ship internationally. Also, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes because a signature is required from someone age 21 or older for alcoholic beverage orders. If you accidently type the wrong address, please email us the correct address so that we can enter it in our system to process your order.
Only one promotion code can be used per order. Each code/coupon is one use per customer. To redeem a promotion code or gift certificate, please enter it in the 'Enter Code' field found on your Shopping Cart page. Gift certificates do not expire.

Please contact us immediately for cancelation of an order. If you wish to cancel or change a recently placed order, we will do everything possible to honor your request. However, once your order has been submitted to our fulfillment facility and is being processed or already shipped out, it cannot be cancelled or revised.
Yes, we accept debit cards as form of payment. However, please note that we automatically charge payments at the time of order as this is how our system has been set up. This means it still may take a few days to process and ship your order depending on when you ordered and which state you are shipping to. We can quickly refund orders if you do decide to cancel or if product availability changes.

3-Tier orders generally take longer since the package must first be shipped to the in state retailer before being shipped to the end user. Due to this, your tracking number will not activate until the retailer updates it in their system. 3-Tier orders must be placed on Tuesday to ship on the following Thursday as they only ship once per week. During the holiday season, orders ship twice per week.
