Shipping included for orders $299 and up!
Currently we are shipping wine to the following states:
AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, ID, IL, LA, MA, MO, NE, NJ, NV, NH, NM, NY, OR, WI, WY.
Please note that not all of our wines can ship to every state listed above due to state or brand restrictions.
Our Shipping Rates:
Ground: $19.99
2-Day Air: $29.99*
Next Day Air: $34.99
We can only ship Ground for 3-Tier states due to the method of shipping (see below for more information on this method and shipping times).
*AK can only ship 2-Day Air.
We are constantly working to add states to our distribution. If you live in a state we do not currently ship to and would like to be notified when we start shipping to your state, please send us an email with your state(s) of interest to info@uncorked.com.
At this time we are unable to ship internationally. Also, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes because a signature is required from someone age 21 or older for alcoholic beverage orders. If you accidently type the wrong address, please email us the correct address so that we can enter it in our system to process your order.
We ship wine to two categories of states: Direct and 3-Tier states. Please read more information below if you need to receive your order by a specific date.
Shipping Options: Direct States
Direct states include the following states:
AK, CA, ID, LA, MO, NE, NH, NM, NV, OR, WY.
These states allow for express shipping. Orders sent to these states can be sent via United Parcel Service (UPS) 3-Day Air or 2-Day Air for an additional shipping charge. During the check out process, the exact shipping charge for all deliveries within the Continental U.S. will be posted.
Our standard shipping method is Ground Delivery, which typically delivers shipments 3-6 days after the order has left our fulfillment center. This occurs after the order has been processed, which can take up to 48 hours.

Shipping Options: 3-Tier States
3 Tier states we currently ship to include the following states:
AZ, CO, CT, FL, IL, MA, NJ, NY, WI and Washington D.C.
These states cannot have shipments sent via 2 Day, Next Day, and Overnight. Due to highly regulated laws, these states require more shipping time. Please read the following information if you need your order by a specific date.
3-Tier States Processing Time
Due to state laws governing the sale of alcoholic beverages in the United States, orders shipped to AZ, CO, CT, IL, MA, NJ, NY, and Washington D.C. must be fulfilled by a local retailer.
3-Tier orders must be received by 10:00am (Central time) on Tuesdays in order to ship by Thursday of the same week. Orders received after the cutoff will ship the following Thursday.
The shipping process to these states is that we ship the wine to the retailer in the state. The retailer then calls UPS or FedEx to pick up and deliver to the final consumer. If your package is being delivered to one of the “3-tier” states listed above, the package tracking numbers will not be activated until the local retailer calls UPS or FedEx. Please allow a few days after we ship the package from our fulfillment house until the retailer receives it, calls the local carrier and thus activates the tracking code*. Final delivery to the consumer is dependent on that retailer.
Someone at least 21 years of age must be present at the time of delivery to sign for all packages shipped from this site. Delivery will be attempted 3 times. If no one is available after three attempts, the package will then be held at the carrier's location for 2-5 days. If no one claims the package, it will be returned and a fee will be charged to reship the order to the same address or a new address in the same state. AZ 14 - 30 Business Days *This state has local retailer delivery, so there is no tracking code.
CO 6 - 10 Business Days

Age requirements & Adult Signature
Wine may only be sold and delivered to a person who is at least 21 years old. With your order to uncorked.com you state that you are at least 21 years old and that the person that will receive the wine also is at least 21 years old.
All orders containing alcoholic beverages require an adult signature upon delivery. For this reason, we strongly encourage you to provide us with a commercial address for delivery of your wine purchases whenever possible.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will be sent an auto-email with UPS tracking numbers for you to review the progress of your wine shipment. If you ever have any questions or concerns regarding the tracking of an order, please email us at info@uncorked.com.
Multiple Delivery Attempts
If no one is available to receive the package and it cannot be left in a secure location, two subsequent attempts to deliver will be made. Wine orders require an adult signature, so whenever possible, we strongly encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time.
Bottle Limits & Availability
In some instances, state laws regulate product availability and/or wine purchase limitations. Working within state and local laws may prevent our ability to fulfill your order requests. Certain states allow a specific number of bottles per order.

LA 4 cases per year per consumer
NE 1 case per month per consumer
NV 12 cases per year per consumer
NH 60 bottles (up to 1 liter each) per year per consumer
NM 2 cases per month per consumer
OR 2 cases per month per consumer
WV 2 cases per month per consumer
WY 2 cases per 12 month period per consumer
